a. (4x-7)/4 –(2x-2)/3 =[3(4x-7) -4(2x-2)]/12
=(4x -13)/12
b. 2/cd^2 -2 /c^2d=[c(2) –d(2)]/(c^2d^2)
=2(c-d)/(c^2d^2)
